My order was a gift to a friend that lives in an apartment building. It wasn’t delivered to his door and was instead left in a common area mail room where someone else took it. When I called Mackenzie to alert about this I was told no refund or replacement. Only if I paid again. Terrible customer service and I will never order from this company again.
