The pretzels and the initial taste of the beer cheese were both very good. However, after I followed the directions for preparations, the consistency of the cheese dip was more like a thin soup. I had to add some chunks of cheddar to make it presentable or even useable as a dip/spread. I would buy it again but only if I could be reassured the consistency of the cheese would be useable without further doctoring from me.
