We changed things up for Thanksgiving this year and did a 3-4# Prime Rib. It was PERFECT! Came precooked (frozen). We defrosted it a few days before and then gave it the cook to 100degrees. It smelled fantastic, the crust was perfectly seasoned and the center was red and juicy. It'll be hard to go back to turkey after having this. My only hesitation is the cost.
