It is my opinion that they should try to organize their shipping/arrival times so that it works with the dry ice. I received my order for Thanksgiving (I ordered several appetizers). They arrived with zero dry ice and the shrimp were barely cool to the touch. Mackenzie takes no responsibility for shipping so basically, when it doubt, throw it out. I wasted a ton of money. Won't order again.
