Your nonrefundable policy is inexcusable when it comes to product(s) NOT performing as described. I (unfortunately) purchased TWO Blueberry Buckle Cakes. I followed instructions TO THE LETTER, and it turned out SOUPY. Pretty awful, not to mention embarrassing since we had company over Thanksgiving.
I have not used the 2nd one and inquired regarding return and refund but it was declined.
Very bad experience.
