I ordered the sweet potato casserole---it was FABULOUS/ just for me/ so lasted at least 5 days. Very easy to reheat in my toaster oven. I SO love all things I've ordered from you! Lobster Mac and Cheese several years ago, as Daughter in N.C., and vegetarian. She LOVED it/ rest of family ate on it also---and GREAT left over next day!
