Very disappointed. Most of the sides were good and enjoyable, but the turkey was inedible. It was properly defrosted in the fridge but did not cook the way it was supposed to. The turkey looked suspicious when we unwrapped it. We started with the 75 minutes but when we cut inside the turkey was raw. We tried cooking longer but it still was not cooked....very reddish/pinkish inside. We finally cut slices and microwaved it. By that point there was no taste to it so we just ate the sides. The toffee cake was a huge success!! I would recommend Impromptu Gourmet to friends as, other than this meal, I have always been pleased with anything I have ordered.
