Sorry, this is not a review you can publish. I chose the cranberry/apple stuffed turkey breast from the catalog because there was no mention of flour. However, when reading the ingredients on the actual frozen item I saw flour. Since I have celiac disease I eventually just threw it out. The lemon soufflés had a nice flavor, may not freeze too well. I just ate the lemon part, not the base which would have had guten. Maybe you should indicate gluten-free or not on catalog items.
