Your products are very good. Your packaging and packing are disappointing. The flimsy plastic containers of soup get damaged as they are tossed around in the shipping box. Last two shipments had damaged containers and I had to pick plastic pieces out of my heated soup. The dry ice is necessary and keeps the product frozen but it also makes the plastic containers brittle and are cracked as the box is tossed around during shipment. Better packaging would help.
