Everything about the process was top-notch. Shipping was quick arriving one day early. Packaging was secure -- a heavy styrofoam chest, considerable dry ice to maintain a proper temperature, a strong outer box for labels and instructions. The food was frozen when received. Yes -- the product (and shipping) is expensive! But that's a decision the buyer makes -- this buyer says value received.
