My purchase was for a gift for someone else and not for me so I actually did not get to taste any of your products. However the recipient of my gift loved the lemon cake I ordered and we're over the moon as to it's wonderful flavor and freshness. So in their words I think it was a success!
I cannot comment on the Granny Smith cake as they had not eaten any of that when I spoke to them. But if it's anything like the lemon cake I'm sure they will rave about its delicious flavor.
