Ordered the rolled stuffed turkey breast en croute and the prime rib roast for Christmas dinner. Followed ALL instructions for both to the letter. The turkey was a hit - absolutely yummy! The "prime" rib was practically inedible and not appropriate to be called "prime" or even "choice." It was tough and grisly and embarrassing to serve.
