Ordering food was easy, getting the food was painless (although it would be nicer to have more than a whole week time frame for possible delivery since its products that need to be kept cold), but the cooking times on almost all products me and my family have received (different ovens in different homes) have all been under the time actually needed to cook. I’ve had to add 20-30 minutes cook time to most dishes which is unreal! I love the taste of the food though.
