Thank you for having great customer service. We had purchased 2 2lb sides of Scottish smoked salmon as we have done every holiday season for the last 6 years- unfortunately, one packaging had the vacuum packaging breached (hole in the package) and was not useable. After calling customer service and explaining the issue, A replacement was sent immediately. Thank you for Great customer service!
