We ordered the Chateaubriand roast for Christmas dinner. It certainly lived up to the praise I read in the reviews. We followed the instructions for heating it and it was perfect. All the guests remarked on how tender, juicy and flavorful the roast was. Even the little ones liked it. We look forward to having it again next year.
As it happened, someone sent us the Smith Island cake at the same time as the Chateaubriand arrived. The cake was the talk of the dessert table. It was beautiful as well as delicious.
