We have had some pretty good experiences with Mackenzie, and some misses. This Christmas, we ordered prime rib and some sides. The sides were excellent. The prime rib was terrible. It was very sinewy, rare (even after following directions), and fatty. Very disappointing for something so expensive. We thought we were having a great meal & saving time. The leftovers went in the trash. No one wanted to eat it. Very sad. Karin Harrison
