I ordered a salmon filet and what I received is not what I expected or was shown in the picture. I am not satisfied and have been trying to resolve this since before Christmas. I've called 5 times and they listen and say they will have the department manager call me and no one calls. I'm about to refuse payment with my credit card company. I've dealt with Mackenzie for over 15 years.
