All items good except:
..Duck Confit Spring Rolls - texture of pork was unpleasant. Tasted and looked like minced dog food.
..Crown Pork Roast - I followed roasting instructions closely but found it was impossible to have the bulk of the roast (bottom section) fully cooked without overcooking and drying out the meat close to the bone.
