I ordered 9 gifts for Christmas and 5 arrived on time. 3 never showed up and were replaced with a different item, but I was not notified. I got a refund for 2 shipping fees and 1 package. For all the pain and stress, I paid $18.00 in shipping for each gift. I will not use your company again.
