I ordered the Beef Wellington for Christmas dinner. It was a huge hit. My son-in-law said it was the best meat he's ever eaten. I served the cheesy Brussel sprout casserole as a side. It was delicious! Finally, we enjoyed the lemon cheesecake squares for dessert. Best I ever had!
