I am not a cook. I have never really cooked for a large group except a limited menu. I was tasked with Christmas dinner for 12 people. The pork Crown Roast was easy, impressive presentation, and delicious. I read other reviews to see most common issue was roast not thawing completely so I pulled it out of the freezer a little earlier and gave it a couple extra days in the fridge. It was beautiful and delicious. Will definitely check out MacKenzie for my next dinner party
