Your rather small item arrived in an extremely large container. That might explain the unreal shipping charges which added approximately 30% to the high cost of the item. As to the product, we ordered a quiche, tried to follow your cooking instructions to the letter. At the end of the recommended time, the internal temp of this dish was 42 degrees. After cooking for a total time of over 90 minutes(!) we were able to try it. The quiche was not mixed very well, some bites were extremely peppery, others were quite bland. We will not be buying anything from you again, you can be sure of that.
