The 2lb salmon arrived a week earlier than requested with a large tear in the packaging. I applied Saran Wrap to help preserve the quality for the week. The result was an "ok" salmon, definitely not what I'm used to from Mackenzie (especially considering the cost). I will think twice about ordering next time.
