My husband's mother was English, and every time we planned a party I'd ask him what would like me to have for dinner. He always says Beef Wellington. I'm not an overly experienced cook, so there is no way I would try Beef Wellington. I had planned on preparing Beef Wellington for New Year's Eve dinner. We were not home to celebrate the new year; therefore, we were not prepared. Sorry. I will give you kudos for pricing, easy ordering, and timely shipping. I will buy it again. Thank you, Mackenzie!
