The Turducken took over an hour longer to cook than you said, which ruined my carefully choreographed meal. (I only have one oven) We had it after dessert, but it was delicious, and one hunter commented the duck was delicious and it is hard not to dry out duck.
The rhubarb+ pie (I wanted the beautiful cake you discontinued), cooked very messy and lopsided and overflowed its pan.
The potato "big tots" were a big hit.
