I have ordered Mackenzie smoked salmon for the holidays over many years. This year, 12/2023, was a disaster from start to finish. The order process on the website completed, and then never sent any confirmation of completion texts or emails and gave no indications on the website of a completed order when signing back in. So I ordered again. Then surprise both orders arrived.
