Good marketing through snail-mail catalog. Obviously expensive but presumed (and confirmed) top quality, restaurant quality food.
Picked a shipping date based on when my gift recipients would be at their vacation place for the holiday.
IG shipped early (which I get ... should be good ?!?!?), but in this case wasn't.
Able to make arrangements (was notified by IG of actual shipping), but would have been better to ask me!
