I ordered 6 gifts from MacKenzie Limited at which were excellent. However. there was an issue with an additional item . It was a perishable order that was not clearly marked as such and, as a result, was spoiled when opened for Christmas. I requested that the item be resent free of charge but my request was denied. I felt that MacKenzie Limited, as a reputable company knowing that I was a longtime customer, would have readily done so.
