Sorry to have to rate a three. The packaged salmon samples were great and my husband enjoyed them very much. The Mushroom Medley was not so successful. We followed directions for thawing and baking and it ended up being a soupy mess. It tasted fine. It just wasn't pretty or appetizing to serve. So the salmon gets a 5 and the mushrooms get a 2.
