My coaching experience was so much more than I had expected. Having failed many other roads to weight loss, I felt discouraged. However, then I met my coach! The questionnaire to fit us with the perfect coach was easy and accurate. My coach, Christina, encouraged me every day, even when I didn't meet my own goals. As time went on and from the lessons Christina taught me I was able to feel the cues my body was giving me. I was able to recognize things about my body I have never rationally noticed. Instead of binge eating, I was able to notice a stressor, treat myself with something that fit into my budget and move on. Weight has always been a mental issue for me and Christina helped break and tear down walls. I feel so free and confident in myself because I had someone who showed me how I deserved to treat myself. And for that, I am forever grateful for Macros Inc and my coach, Christina!
