“My coach was unbelievably supportive. She offered balanced and sound guidance even as my goals changed. She helped me clarify and understand exercise, nutrition and my body better. She is a wonderful coach!”
“This experience was everything I hoped it would be. I needed someone to keep me accountable because for some reason, I just couldn’t do this for myself. I needed someone watching. I already knew how to count macros but my issue was being consistent. I give up on myself too fast if I have a day of bad eating or if the scale doesn’t say what I think it should. Ally taught me to chill out. The all or nothing mindset I once had is gone. I have learned that I can live my life, have fun out occasionally and still meet my goals. I lost 50 pounds in 12 months and spent the last 6 months maintaining that loss. I’m not done yet, but Ally has taught me everything I need to do to lose/maintain again and for the first time I can say, I am confident in my ability to do so. Forever grateful for Ally and Macros Inc as a whole. Y’all are rockstars!”
“Had an excellent experience working with two different coaches over ~30 month period. Both took an individualized approach to provide feedback and encouragement tailored to my needs and motivation. Began with nutrition only to create accounability post-Covid to reset good habits, my experience was so positive and once I reached my goal within about 5-6 months, I opted to extend and add the fitness coaching as well. Both coaches responded to what I enjoyed, provided flexibility in programming to accomodate travel and adjusting to shifting from group fitness classes to mostly strength training. Additionally, got excellent support as I transitioned from tracking to long term maintenance. Macros Inc/coaches have been outstanding and would recommend without hesitation.”

“I truly believe that I was paired with this most amazing person for a reason.. Connor has been absolutely fantastic.. so very knowledgeable and always always there no matter the time of day. Always so motivating, there to push you that extra mile .. I will be forever grateful for him.”
“I've been with Macros Inc on and off throughout my journey, but this year, I committed to coaching with a goal of becoming smaller. What I didn't expect was to emerge stronger than ever before, to find peace with my relationship with food, and to maintain nearly the same weight on the scale as I did 365 days ago. Under Braden Ripley's guidance, I've learned to stop tying my self-worth to the number on the scale. I've gained more confidence than I ever thought possible, along with a deep belief in my ability to tackle tough challenges. Braden has a unique ability to say just enough to spark your thinking and guide you as you find your own solutions. He customizes every workout to fit my specific needs and schedule, and makes adjustments as necessary. And, to my surprise, I no longer dread Bulgarian Split Squats as much—Braden seems to have a magical way of changing your perspective on even the toughest exercises.”
“It was a very powerful experience!! You will learn so much about nutrition and health. You will gain knowledge about what tools will help you navigate the right way to healthy eating during a calorie deficit!! I highlybrecommend Tina Cix, she is an amazing coach!!”
“I was hesitant at first bc I had a bad experience previously with another company but this has been a great experience and I have learned so much not only about myself but food.”
“Susanne has been a PHENOMENAL coach for me! As an early 50s, permimenopausal, already small woman with not much weight to lose, the deck certainly felt stacked against me. I had a lot of bias to work through around some of the ideas that we have all heard around the dreaded SCALE. She was very patient with me as I worked through my headspace and evolved my attitudes. She just kept repeating, reinforcing, and leveraging situations to help me understand this and she never gave up on me.
I whined a lot, cried a lot, complained a lot but she was very patient and empathetic. Probably the very best thing she does, though, is not just answer the question - she always gave me a different perspective to think about, and more information to view situations holistically versus just how I thought they'd be viewed. She helped me understand how my sleep, nutrition, stress and energy are all related and helped me simplify things for a while. In clearing some of this headspace, and armed with this extra education, I was able to focus on the real task at hand: the MENTAL work I needed to do to reframe my relationship with food and pay better attention to my body and its needs.
However, I had to do my part by listening, and accepting and setting aside my biases and trusting the process. There are good days and bad days. It all comes with the territory.
Susanne has the patience of a saint, the wisdom of a sage and the heart of a giant. THANK YOU! I love you!
To anyone looking for coaching: GO FOR IT. I recommend at least 6 months to help you get through most daily and special occasion type situations, depending on your needs and lifestyle. Then get ready to be really, really honest with yourself. Ask your coach ALL the questions. Every single one of them. Some of this is an exercise in humility. Some of it is in self-reflection, confidence, acceptance. It is hard to admit when habits aren't good and even harder to change them, but the goal here IS a positive outcome and believe me, it's worth it. It will ultimately benefit you in ways you didn't even realize that it could.”
“I came to Macros Inc looking for help in my fat loss journey. I had been tracking macros using other platforms for over a year and just could never get any real results. I never had hired a coach so I was trying to get results on my own and deciding by myself how much (or how little) to eat and was not seeing any changes in my body. When I first joined I didn't have that much fat to lose, but Coach Garrett has guided me over the last year to feeling, and looking like my best self. What I really appreciated is that Coach Garrett always reminded me that our goal was to work together to help me look good but feel great. In the beginning, I didn't even have a goal weight or certain look in my mind, but somehow Coach Garrett was able to help me get to a spot where I feel like I look good from the outside, but I feel even better on the inside.
I lead a very busy lifestyle, working up to 60 hours a week during my busiest times of the year. Coach Garrett helped me work through the busy times and didn't add any pressure about perfectly hitting my macros and constantly reminded me that this is a long journey and there isn't a timeline we needed to adhere to. He always encouraged me to do anything I can to feel good on the inside, whether that was sleeping more or working out, or taking a break and not working out for a week, etc. Macros Inc and Coach Garrett helped me reach my goals while still being able to be committed to my other obligations! I loved that the flexibility was there when I needed it, but I was able to also stay committed to my fat loss goals at the same time. I never thought I'd be able to be in the place I am now and I cannot thank Coach Garrett enough for all his help and guidance over the last year!”
“Coach Brooke helped me navigate the process of counting macros and made the process light-hearted and fun. When my calendar was packed full and I didn't have time to exercise or cook perfectly healthy, she reminded me that "I could do anything, but not everything." Giving myself grace in those tough moments is exactly what I needed, and she was always encouraging. I highly recommend Macros Inc coaching to give that extra accountability when the going gets tough.”
“Taylor is absolutely amazing! I have been with her since 2020 and have learned so much about myself, healthy eating habits and the best way to train. If I could I would be a macros, inc client forever! The experience has undone about 40 years of disordered eating!”
“This wasn't my first time hiring a Macros coach. I requested a different coach from who I had worked with previously. Then during the time from sign up to my initial intake call I started getting coach remorse. What did I do??? I asked to switch back to my prior coach, but it was suggested to have my initial intake call with my new coach Steve and see what I think. Here I am, one year later and so completely thankful for Steve!
I had so many reservations, so many excuses, so many walls built up. Steve got through them all and we both made it out alive on the other side. I certainly made out for the better...Steve might be more bruised. :)
I had three primary goals:
a. Lose weight
b. Do a real push-up
C. Be stronger to play and lift my grandchildren
I am happy to have achieved all three! I took me the entire year to lose 26 pounds. I think this was really slow. Steve thinks that's a normal healthy weight loss of .5 lbs a week....oh...its SLOW
I can do ELEVEN real push-ups consecutively now! I honestly can believe this sometimes...but I have video proof. :)
My grandchildren who are 2 1/2 and 8 months are a combined 53 pounds, who I can carry together on each hip and chase Opa around the house with.
I can't thank Steve enough for his coaching. He provided what I needed throughout my entire experience. I sincerely appreciate Steve and Macro's Inc. Thank you!”
“I love this company! I have had great experiences with both of the coaches i have had. I would recommend using this company if you have the means to do so.”
“I signed up for six months and blew past my original goals, achieving things I never thought possible! I have been so thrilled with my Macros Inc coaching experience that I signed up for another year. I’m excited to keep progressing! Thank you to my coach and the MI team! Highly recommend!”
“I'm finishing up my third year with coach, Tessa Codina. My overall experience has been pretty dang amazing. Tessa is truly a blessing in my life. I started at a point of not liking how I felt in my own skin to losing +/- 40 pounds so far and feeling great! Tessa has seen me through it all with the nutrition piece and the training. She's helped guide me through the learning process with tracking macros as well as through a couple injuries including a broken toe about a year or so ago and a minor broken finger about a month ago. My training has been adjusted to meet my needs at every stage along the way. Not only has Tessa and Macros Inc helped me with the weight loss but, it's also provided me with a ton of personal growth through the ups and downs over the last three years as well and free education. I know the information I receive is reliable and I can trust it, and I love to share it with others when they ask me how I've done it all. This has been the best investment I've ever made in myself! I'm looking forward to starting year four with Tessa and Macros Inc soon! :)”
“I’ve followed the macros Inc Facebook page for a couple years and finally took the plunge and signed up for coaching! My only regret is waiting so long! Working with my coach Steven was a great experience. Having someone in my corner to help me navigate different scenarios and challenges was super beneficial to my success. He was great about checking in with me throughout the week and offering advice when I needed it or just some words of encouragement. I’m so happy with the progress Ive made. Steven is a big asset to my success and I’m so glad I made the decision to join the coaching program”
“Tessa has been a super helpful coach this past year. She helped me stay on track and weather the ups and downs instead of quitting when life got really tough. My overall progress was slower than I planned, but I'm proud that I made consistent progress and that I'm getting closer to my goal. I intend to use what I've learned and focus on continued weight loss and gentle exercise over the next year and then sign back up for coaching with Tessa next fall to build muscle. Thank you!”
“I have been eating “intuitively” with clean, whole foods forever, but after 3 kids and a complete hysterectomy/surgical menopause in my mid 30s (I’m now 52), I quickly gained 15 lbs. Although I was still eating healthy foods, I had no idea that my humble bowl of chia seed pudding was packing a whopping 500 calories. At 5’1”, that was just shy of half of my calories for the day! I just bought into the inevitability of weight gain after menopause. Once I realized that I needed to start weighing and tracking foods more carefully, I bounced up and down between 117-121 lbs as I was on and off with the tracking. For years I did this! Although no one would ever look at me (clothed, at least!!) and say I needed to lose weight, I was fluffy, and I didn’t like the way my clothes were fitting me. I also knew I needed to get serious about resistance training for longevity/health purposes, and I could not seem to stick to that at all, mostly because I’d rather stick a fork in my eye than lift weights. I’ve considered coaching for a long time. My excuses were “it’s too much money, I just need to be more disciplined on my own” and “I don’t have much to lose, I should be able to do it without one.” I’ve tried having friends and family be my accountability partners, but let’s be honest; they don’t want to stick to their own programs, so they’re more than happy to watch you get off track, too. I finally realized that nothing is going to change if I don’t do something radically different. So, I got the coach. Krista was great; she was nice and encouraging, but she also called me out on my excuses. The fact that I was paying for this and didn’t want to seem like a quitter to her kept me going when I know I would have stopped had I not been accountable to someone. Yes, it cost money, but I blow much more money on other, less important things all the time. I am now 11 lbs lighter, so much stronger, and a bit “tighter” for that money, and it could not have been better spent. Get the coach and invest in yourselves; I could not be happier!”
