“This was my second contract with Brittany .
The first time my goal was weight loss but, Brittany had a better idea for me hahaha. She knew I had some soul work to do before I could truly be successful at my surface goals. That season , I learned “ if you get one flat tire , do you go and slash the other 3??!” She also inspired me to start moving again . I had been a competing body builder and somehow lost all motivation . She helped me see how important movement , any movement , can be . She literally saved my life . I had so many mental and physical issues , all stemming from lack of movement ….and I came to her wanting to lose weight . Insane …as I read what I am writing . But, Brittany never made me feel insane . She gently got me to see , if nothing else, I was going to walk and I went from 2000 steps/day to 10000. My life started to change . I ended our contract due to financing and felt I had gained enough self love to build upon what she gave me . Fast forward to 2025. I still couldnt get my weight off and was getting worse. More health problems now because of weight gain . I started GLP injections under the supervision of a weight management physician . I lost weight . Very slowly but safest way , for me . After a year I stalled and still needed to lose about 20 more pounds. I patiently stalled for 4 months! I was convinced my metabolism was broken . I was smart about macros and calorie counting but wasn’t losing . I saw a post , by Brittany, on the macro facebook group. She was her usual kind accepting self, gently explaining an answer to a poster. I knew I needed her back in my life . Again, I told her I wanted to lose weight ( sound familiar) and again , she had a better plan . I told her my metabolism was broken and I need her to help me with reverse dieting lololol . Ok . In her kind , gentle, patient way , she laughed and told me I am not broken . We hit the ground running and after 3 months , again, she changed my life . She taught me about my “secret weapon “ walking and drilled down into what that contribution looks like for my weight loss goals . We didn’t talk about the elephant in the room …the addition of other types of exercise. She knew that would overwhelm me . We started small and it worked . She also helped me with tracking my meals and my obsession with my weight scale not moving . The most important thing for me was, she never threw shade on me using GLP medications . Additionally, she had solid knowledge of how the drug works and challenges we face. There is so much misinformation out there , about GLP medications, it can be difficult for users to get the support they need. I honestly expected her to encourage me to stop the drug and use “will power” . Not a reflection on her but me assuming Macros would not support the use of the medication. I am a nurse so I did my research and know the benefit . But , that doesn’t change the misinformation all around me . Anyway, her support and knowledge was huge . After a 4 month stall , I began losing immediately and after 3 months , today , I am down 10 pounds . More importantly , I respect my “secret weapon” and I track every bite . Brittany is the absolute best ♥️. I expect she has helped hundreds of people . I am so grateful to have met her . Also, grateful for Macros . You and your free macro checks and then the amazing Facebook group . Your services are actually free for countless people . When we need a little extra help , we pay . Quite a deal . “My coach, Sharon has been my number one cheerleader through this whole process. I was skeptical that anything would work to get this stubborn weight off but enrolled in complete coaching. When we had our first meeting, I felt like I was talking to a friend! She was able to come up with numbers and a training program that worked for me. In the beginning things weren’t happening as quick as I thought they should but Sharon encouraged me to keep going. “I was terrified when I signed up for coaching, but I had hit rock bottom and considered it my very last-ditch effort to somehow get my weight under control.
