I initially started the coaching programme whilst still being pretty ill from Covid 1yr past infection. At that point I was able to tolerate some very light workouts. Very slowly and gradually my trainer helped me workout again whilst still pacing and very much watching my energy levels. After a year and a half of building up strength with the training programme and I creasing my fitness levels, I ran my first 10k. I am now half way through being pregnant and my coach has been great amending exercise routines. Now in the second trimester and I’m still running and lifting. The nutrition programme has been fantastic. I was a fan before signing up to the coaching programme and lost a few kg by roughly following what their online macro check suggested. Though nothing compares to having a coach to keep you on you on track.
