I was skeptical about coaching as I wasn’t sure what it could do for me. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, but I couldn’t lose the last of the baby weight. I didn’t feel like myself and I was frustrated. I decided to give it a try and was blown away. Coach B truly gets me. She has been with me through some of my darkest times. She developed a plan specifically for me with realistic goals. I feel supported and accountable. Coach B is encouraging, but also tells me what I need to hear even when I don’t want to hear it. I took a break from coaching and found myself back less than a year later.
