I started a solo weight loss journey on December 18, 2023. I counted calories and found the group on Facebook and learned so much. I knew that I would sign up for coaching as I got closer to my end goal to help push me over. I signed up with Dani in December of 2024. She has pushed me, encouraged me but has also exercised kindness when I had none for myself. She knows I like to geek out and always had a perfectly placed article/ research topic for me to read. My end game was always a Mommy Makeover that was scheduled for August 26th. I was walked into my preop with far more strength (hello weights :)) and weighing in at 162 WITH CLOTHES ON. I hit so many hurdles at this last phase of my journey and she took it in stride but also helped me do the same. I’m one week post surgery now and maintaining. I’m taking a little break while I recover from surgery but cannot wait to be back and training again.
