I was terrified when I signed up for coaching, but I had hit rock bottom and considered it my very last-ditch effort to somehow get my weight under control. I had spent over half of my life battling my weight, trying every diet and fad imagineable, and had yo-yo'd up and down the scale for years. I remember my first meeting with my coach Viktorija, and telling her in tears how hopeless I felt, and that it seemed I was destined to be overweight and miserable for the rest of my life, doomed to fail again. This coaching program has literally changed my life. It's allowed me to believe that I truly can live and sustain a healthy, active lifestyle - and even more so, I deserve it. I've lost over 160 lbs in my time working with my coach, but the weight loss is only a part of the transformation I've experienced. I learned how to truly love myself again, and I found the ability to feel proud of myself which I hadn't felt in a long, long time, if ever. Viktorija was by my side every step of the way - through doubt and fear, through hardships and tragedies, and truly celebrating every win no matter how big or small. She helped me to cut through the BS all over the internet, and focus on small sustainable changes I could make. She was the gentle voice of reason I needed when I would spiral inside my own head, and had a way of helping me to see things from an entirely different perspective. I have rediscovered my love of running, lifting, and moving my body. She helped me train for and complete a half marathon last year, and find a way to keep workouts a manageable piece in a very busy life. Not only that, my workouts have become my safe space to focus on just me for a few minutes a day. I am so grateful for this company, and for finding the bravery to take a chance on myself when I signed up. But most of all, I am so thankful for having had these past few years to work with Viktorija. She was my anchor in the storm when I need it most - coach, therapist, lifeline, friend... and I will never ever forget it. I owe her more than words could ever explain.
