This is my second round of coaching with Ramona. I don’t have any previous experiences with 1:1 coaching but Macros Inc is amazing!! The science , the encouragement and tough love are all phenomenal. Been 53 and menopausal I was reserved about having a young male coach - oh my god how wronge was I ?! Connor was AMAZING - I felt safe and not judged ever, I could talk to him about my most inner demons and all he did was make me feel better and great about myself and above all normal! This has to be the best programme and very reasonable for the honestly awsome service you get.
