I went in with some expectations of getting some surgery weight off and gain my confidence back. I was very happy with the coach that was selected as I liked how open and quick the response time was. This was my second time around and definitely liked this time more than my first. Loved the workouts as well and how he would watch my form. I lost a total of 13 lbs and almost 15 inches.
