I was stuck and felt like I would never lose weight and this is just what I will look like …. Until I met Coach Garret. He taught me so much and helped support me when I needed it. He encouraged me and help me realize the scale is just a number and nothing more. He taught me how my body reacts to certain things and how I wasn’t eating enough for the movement I was doing. He taught how to track a cut and a maintenance. He was a great coach and highly recommend!
