I had gained and lost the same 5-10 pounds since having my second baby. I also struggled with imbalanced fueling for endurance running, which lead to injuries and weight gain. I'm now almost 2 year post-partum with my third and last baby and I was needing to make some changes!
I have followed many nutrition plans and when I signed up for the Black Friday trial period I was convinced this wouldn't work for me. Working with Coach Susanne helped me to identify emotional eating habits, the importance of sleep, learn that maintenance does not mean I get to eat everything and anything, and dialing in the nutrition for my running. With her help, I lost 22 pounds and 22 inches while also shaving significant time off my post-partum half marathon and 5k race times.
Even more valuable than the physical transformation has been the knowledge around how emotions and sleep impact my hunger and eating habits! As a busy mom of three, working full time, I CAN prioritize my own health and be a positive example for my family!
