I’m a military veteran with chronic medical conditions and I joined Macros, Inc to better understand my body’s changing macro/nutrition needs and to get stronger while working within my medical limitations. I have been working with my amazing coach, Brittany Suplicki, for a little under two years and, together with her guidance, I have gotten stronger, reduced my need for pain management meds and procedures, and my body has gotten stronger. She is great at adjusting workouts given my limitations and is also a gentle support when I tend to be hard on myself for not being as strong and healthy as I used to be. I so grateful for the support of the Macro’s Inc community and my awesome coach!!
