“I signed up in December for 3 months complete coaching and was immediately paired with coach Connor, who is great. We had our video call during which we got to know each other. Connor asked about my goals and possible issues, and together we established a nutrition plan. Connor also provided me with a workout program for strength gain, as per my goal. Unfortunately I have had a tennis elbow for over three months which got progressivly worse with the workouts, so I had to stop doing them. But I am sure that I would have had great results, had I been able to keep them up.
Nutritionwise I basically continued what I had already been doing by myself for a couple of years. Connor showed me that I was on the right track, and he taught me to be more relaxed and not to beat myself up when I happened to fall off the wagon, but to get back in the saddle and eat healthy food within my calorie allowance. He was always positive, encouraging and supportive, never judging me. I did not lose a lot of weight, as I am already pretty lean, and the last couple of kilos are always the hardest to lose, but it was great to have him in y corner.
I can honestly say that everything about my experience with MacrosInc was really positive: they are really professional and well organized, the client portal works well, I soon got the hang of the MyMacros-app, was paired with a great coach and all in all you get the feeling that they really care.
Although I decided to keep going on my own for a while, I will definitely return to MyMacros should I feel the need for a coach in the future. Can only recommend!”
“My coach was fantastic, super nice and personable. The issue is with protein intake. You must check with your doctor before increasing your protein significantly. Even if you believe you are eatin lean proteins, my cholesterol shot up in the three months I was being coached. Be careful, diligant and get more than one opinion.”

The videos used to teach how to use the MM+ app could greatly be improved. The teacher goes way too fast when demonstration. Any good teacher knows to go slow when teaching something to a new user.”

You always have to go back and see what you have done last time and then you have to scroll all the way to the beginning to see where you have started.
