My coach Dani has been absolutely amazing! She has helped me through self doubt, vacations, emotionally turbulent times, and plateaus with encouragement and advice. She has helped me change my mindset and given me so much confidence to pursue my goals. I tried for years to lose weight and the determination and consistency needed just didn’t happen until Dani entered my life! Caveat to say I put 21-30 pounds and six months as a client but I will lose more than that before my contract is up and I am looking at finances now to see if I can shuffle things around and renew!
