“I really loved the coach I was paired with, but she quit a couple months in. I was assigned a new coach and honestly her personality did not mesh well with mine. That was fine, she was still helpful and I had someone to keep me motivated. When I tried to quit (because I had run out of the funds that I set aside to pay for the 9 months to the end of my contract), it was really difficult to find a way to set an end date. I couldn't view my plan / contract online so I had no way of remembering what my official start date was. This made it difficult to end my contract. My coach wasn't very helpful in this regard either and never said goodbye or good luck when I was finally able to stop payments. I think I had to go one extra month because I had already paid for the next month without knowing.”
Hey Christina. Sorry about this! It sounds like we should have communicated better here. We have a dedicated customer support team available 7 days a week, and both coaches & clients are able to email the support team anytime they need something. I apologize if your coach did not look into this for you. We could have easily told you your original start date and anything else regarding your contract length. I do see the communication between you and our support team near the end of your coaching in regard to stopping your membership, so I'm glad we were able to help you there, but again it sounds like we missed the mark prior to that and could have made things clearer for you.
