It is good. My coach is patient and knowledgeable. I feel I've learned a lot, and needed to unlearn a lot too. Didn't have the results I wanted yet, but that was entirely ny own fault as I got pregnant while on coaching. I do feel like I now have the lifelong tools to know how I should approach food and weight-loss in a healthy way and I could go about it on my own.
