I really loved the coach I was paired with, but she quit a couple months in. I was assigned a new coach and honestly her personality did not mesh well with mine. That was fine, she was still helpful and I had someone to keep me motivated. When I tried to quit (because I had run out of the funds that I set aside to pay for the 9 months to the end of my contract), it was really difficult to find a way to set an end date. I couldn't view my plan / contract online so I had no way of remembering what my official start date was. This made it difficult to end my contract. My coach wasn't very helpful in this regard either and never said goodbye or good luck when I was finally able to stop payments. I think I had to go one extra month because I had already paid for the next month without knowing.
