Macros Inc helped me build a healthier relationship with food and understand how to fuel my body without guilt or restriction. My coach was supportive and knowledgeable. The app could use some improvements,but I believe they are working on it. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for accountability and education in their nutrition journey.
