I loved my experience with MI. I was a silent follower for the longest time (2+ years) and tried learning tracking on my own. My coach (Garrett) helped answer any and all of my questions and helped me plan around big events in my life. He was encouraging, supportive, and understanding. Sometimes life gets in the way, you need to work on just maintaining until getting back on track. He helps even in times as those. He built my confidence in my ability to continue tracking and losing weight to get to a healthier version of myself.
