It has been life changing. I am no longer restricting foods. I am no longer afraid to eat certain foods. I have healed myself mentally, physically and emotionally. After years of struggling I finally have a plan that makes sense and is livable. I’ve learned to not just focus on the scale but to also learn to trust myself and use others metrics of success.
