I love my new Leather back pack. It is a good size for everyday use and is light weight also. The quality and make of the bag is exceptional. I was not disappointed. I was very impressed with the customer service, Marjorie was very helpful and replied promptly with any of my questions and order updates...especially being that I live in Australia.
