Marjorie was a dream customer contact person. Somewhere between ordering DHL 2day delivery & actual delivery there was a glitch. When I didn’t have my bag in 2 days, Marjorie “held my hand” until I received my bag. I ordered the red backpack. It is gorgeous & I am thrilled. I’ve been traveling and it is the perfect size for any activity from morning til night. Thank you!
